The International Special Operations Command is
seeking any information that may lead to the
apprehension of the following individuals. All are wanted
internationally for the commission of a wide variety
of criminal and/or terrorist acts.
ALL SUBJECTS ARE
CONSIDERED
ARMED AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS

JACQUES ADOLFUS CARTIER
Jacques Adolfus Cartier is wanted for a
number of crimes, including unlawful flight to avoid
prosecution, murder, possession of destructive devices, and conspiracy.

Teddy Lee Gore is wanted for a number of
crimes, including unlawful flight to avoid
prosecution, murder, conspiracy to commit murder, robbery, and grand larceny of federal property.

CHARLES JAMES BENNETT
Charles James Bennett is wanted for a
number of crimes, including murder, kidnapping for ransom, conspiracy, intimidation of a federal witness, possession of unlawful weapons, and robbery.

number of crimes, including unlawful flight to avoid
prosecution, murder, kidnapping, possession of controlled substances for sale, conspiracy, and fraud.
