HEADQUARTERS TOUR

Welcome to Command Headquarters!

Thunder Bay is home to Command Headquarters (Command HQ) and the base of operations for the International Special Operations Command (ISOC--or "Flash Force"). Hidden deep in the mountains upon the shore of a remote alpine lake, the Thunder Bay Facility encompasses nearly twenty (20) square miles of rugged wilderness. The installation is guarded at its farthest edges by snow-capped ranges, with the one hundred (100) acre headquarters complex sheltered at its center.
