BASIC RECRUIT TRAINING PROGRAM (BRT) The Basic Recruit Training Program provides new or non-ranking members with introductory information regarding their membership in the group and its operations. Completion of the Basic Recruit Training Program is only required if a member wishes to qualify for advancement to a higher rank. Upon completion of program requirements, candidates are promoted to the rank of Recruit. The newly promoted Recruit may then progress to the Specialist Training Program. PREREQUISITES Before a member may begin the Basic Recruit Training Program, he or she must be a Flash Force member in good standing.
