BASIC RECRUIT TRAINING PROGRAM (BRT)

The Basic Recruit Training Program provides new or non-ranking members with introductory information regarding their membership in the group and its operations.

Completion of the Basic Recruit Training Program is only required if a member wishes to qualify for advancement to a higher rank.

Upon completion of program requirements, candidates are promoted to the rank of Recruit. The newly promoted Recruit may then progress to the Specialist Training Program.


PREREQUISITES

Before a member may begin the Basic Recruit Training Program, he or she must be a Flash Force member in good standing.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

In order to complete the Basic Recruit Training Program, a candidate must:
  • Review/study the Basic Recruit Training Manual; and,
  • Complete the Final Examination with a minimum score of eighty percent (80%);

BASIC RECRUIT TRAINING MANUAL

The Basic Recruit Training Manual provides all the information required to qualify a candidate for advancement to the rank of Recruit. This manual addresses issues relating to the Flash Force group, including communication methods, "netiquette", online uniforms, website navigation, and promotions.
