OFFICIAL STATIONERY

Flash Force members are authorized to produce and utilize official ISOC/Flash Force stationary (including membership cards, business cards, and letterhead) for their personal use and for the conduct of official Flash Force business only. Except as provided in this section, no other stationery designs or uses are authorized. Any of the general designs specified or available through this section are approved.

USE RESTRICTIONS

Permission to produce or utilize official ISOC/Flash Force stationery of any kind (including membership cards, business cards, and/or letterhead) is granted on a provisional basis. Members must utilize good judgment in the use or display of these items. By producing or utilizing these products, members agree that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by the following use restrictions:

Identification cards and/or business cards are provided only as a means of identifying members and disclosing their membership status;
The ISOC is a fictional agency, created solely for the entertainment of its members. It is not affiliated in any way, nor is it endorsed by any component of any government agency;
Any other lawful affiliations or authority notwithstanding, members of Flash Force are not law enforcement or government officials. No Flash Force member shall unlawfully present or attempt to present him or herself as any law enforcement or government official;
Any member who uses or attempts to use any ISOC/Flash Force emblem, uniform, or credential for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose whatsoever shall be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including permanent dismissal from the group;
Members are advised that certain misuses of ISOC/Flash Force credentials may be considered a criminal offense in some jurisdictions. It is our intent that such offenses be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Any intentional misuse of these credentials shall be dealt with quickly and vigorously; and,

Issue versions of ISOC/Flash Force membership cards shall remain the property of Flash Force and must be surrendered to the Executive Director upon demand.

MEMBERSHIP CARD

The ISOC/Flash Force membership card is available online and may be downloaded or printed directly through the Internet. With the exception of entering appropriate personal information, the Flash Force membership card shall not be modified or altered in any way. Members may laminate their own cards if they wish.

To customize your card:

IDENTIFICATION CARD
(OFFICIAL ISSUE)

The ISOC/Flash Force identification card is only available through Command Headquarters. Once issued, this card shall not be modified or altered in any way.

In order to obtain an official-issue identification card, a member must submit his or her written request for such to the Executive Director via regular mail. The following member information must be included with each request:

First name;
Middle initial;
Last name;
Height;
Weight;
Hair color;
Eye color; and,

Date of birth.

In addition to the above information, the requesting member must submit the following:

Right thumbprint (black ink on plain white paper);
Passport-style color photograph;
Self-addressed, stamped envelope; and,

Personal check or money order for $3.00 (materials and processing fee) payable to "Teddy M. Terstegge".

NOTE: Submitted information and materials must be true, accurate, and recent. Incomplete or inaccurate requests will not be processed.

BUSINESS CARDS

Flash Force members may produce and utilize business cards of an approved general design. The following information may be displayed upon the business card at member discretion:

Name;
Call-sign(s) or unit number(s);
Address;
Telephone number(s);
E-mail address; and,

Website address.

LETTERHEAD

Flash Force members may produce and utilize letterhead of an approved general design. The following information may be displayed upon the letterhead at member discretion:

Name;
Call-sign(s) or unit number(s);
Address;
Telephone number(s);
E-mail address;
Website address and,

Other unit-specific information.

In addition, authorized members may modify the left margin area of their unit letterhead as appropriate to display graphic representations of awards received.
